Idle Maggots is a pretty strange casual game that belongs to the idle clicker subgenre. Basically, you accelerate the decomposition of a whale's carcass on the beach by making more worms appear. The idea is to invest energy in making the worms get bigger, eat faster, and grow in number.

Gameplay in Idle Maggots is really simple: when you start the app, you'll find the whale's carcass in perfect condition. At the bottom of the screen, there are three ways to invest your money: speed, number, and hunger. With speed, you can make the worms eat faster. With number, on the other hand, you can cause more worms to fall on the whale and start eating away. With hunger, you can make the worms hungrier, so they eat more. And if you tap on the screen, you can accelerate all the processes, which translates into more money that you can then invest.

As you invest in improvements, you can slowly generate more money, but the improvements will start to cost more, too. Stay focused and beat levels so you can use your worms to decompose other creatures.
